I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in rural Colorado. I provide telehealth for adult and adolescent clients across the state and enjoy individual and couples therapy. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, and depression and I firmly believe the person is not the problem; the problem is the problem. I put the person first and use a narrative approach. This means I trust and value the meaning my clients make from their experiences. Through a mix of somatic work, EMDR/trauma processing, emotional exploration and skills training, I help clients trust and value themselves.
