Through an effective, supportive, non-judgmental, and collaborative approach, I act as an experienced and knowledgable guide for individuals and couples seeking positive and healthy transformations individually and within relationships. I offer compassionate and empathic support and guidance as well as implement gentle, direct, and respectful challenges so that my clients feel safe and comfortable with acknowledging and exploring what is working as well as thoughts and behaviors that are contributing to life's struggles and dissatisfaction. My approach focuses on the relationship between physical, emotional, and social aspects within an individual and I assist my clients with establishing and maintaining a balanced wellbeing. I help my clients gain insight and understanding into their experiences and guide clients through developing and implementing more effective coping and adaptation skills.
