My belief is that we all have struggles throughout our lives, and with the right support, we all have the strength within us to overcome these obstacles. I work well with individuals & couples experiencing life struggles related to anxiety, depression, trauma, negative patterns caused by toxic family dynamics, phase of life & adjustment issues, grief and loss, career challenges, self esteem obstacles, relationship struggles, developing and teaching coping skills, finding the root causes to negative patterns.
