I believe that empathy and compassion are the catalyst for growth and change whether you are working through sexuality concerns, trauma, general anxiety, depression, or life events. I believe in creating a safe space to help you better understand yourself and improve your relationships. I work from a sex-positive and non-judgemental standpoint and will work with you to understand all the parts of yourself as a sexual being. I also have experience working trauma and want to work through this to help you move forward in your life. I am an ally to LGBTQ, kink, and poly clients. I have been meditating for the past 15 years and enjoy using mindfulness techniques to help you find your balance. I also use hypnotherapy in my practice to help access the unconscious to help create change. I am pursuing sex therapy certification training to further enhance my sex therapy skills.
