I work with teens, adults, couples and families. My specialities are working with clients who are experiencing mood disorders, PTSD, substance use, anxiety, relationship conflicts & individuals who are exploring gender identity. I aim to help my clients develop internal resources, behavioral strategies and a support system, which allows them to be their authentic selves. My job is to instill hope in my clients so that they can achieve their goals.
