About

We are a group of five dedicated counselors who provide compassionate, trauma-informed, holistic mental health care services to individuals, children and adolescents, couples and families, active military and veterans throughout Alaska. We aspire for safety, wellness, wholeness, and an integrative environment focused on the mind-body connection. We offer both in-person and telehealth services, and some telehealth providers have upcoming or immediate availability. We aim to provide the tools for change, empowerment, and resilience, and to improve coping and capability with each interaction. View 5 Photos Our counselors utilize an eclectic approach with a blend of therapies to fit individual needs, including cognitive, dialectical and acceptance-based therapies, body-based and somatic therapies, trauma-focused therapies (i.e. Brainspotting, EMDR, Internal Family Systems Therapy) and client-centered interventions to meet individual needs.
