It has been my pleasure to help adolescents to older adults. My clients often include people dealing with troubling relationship issues, pre-marriage and marriage concerns, marital affairs, stress, anxiety and depression. Many also come to help identify and resolve the issues holding them back from getting in to strong intimate relationships. The conversations fall apart and they don't know the skills for having successful conversations about difficult topics. Depression and anxiety are the most frequent symptoms motivating clients to pursue psychotherapy. Other issues include, parenting, self-control, low self-esteem, sense of emptiness/ stagnation and creative blocks.
