COVID 19 has impacted us all on some level and life as we once knew it has changed. During these unprecedented times it is understandable that you may be experiencing feelings of worry and uncertainty. When human beings experience trauma, twists or life stressors, relationships or the evolution of the self may unravel. To help meet the mental health needs of my clients I am offering video and phone sessions with flexible scheduling. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Clinical Supervisor with extensive experience treating clients with depression, anxiety, anger management, and issues of daily living.
