I work with adults, and teenagers. My approach is eclectic and individualized to meet each client's needs. I am supportive but also believe that the issues that bring people to counseling are not easy ones,so I believe in challenging my clients when appropriate. I provide a caring environment where you can identify and explore the issues that are getting in the way of a more rewarding home life, career and even relationships. The goal is to help provide you with the insights and tools you need to move beyond old, limiting beliefs and behaviors.
