We are a collective of highly trained and specialized therapists who love helping people feel empowered to find joy and fulfillment through mental wellness, self confidence, and connected relationships! We use a variety highly effective models including EMDR, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Brainspotting, CBT, Play Therapy, IFS and more. From skill building to trauma work, we are here to help you find the therapy that works best for you. We have specialized therapists who provide child therapy, teen and young adult therapy, individual and family therapy, and couples counseling. Our child therapists offer many after school hours to support families, and each therapist has a telehealth options for your convenience or privacy as needed. We service clients from WI and MN.
