I offer virtual counseling specifically for women, immigrants and BIPOC people. I primarily treat anxiety, depression, and trauma related symptoms and support my clients to find healing for relational wounds and intergenerational trauma. I work with people who have experienced pain and suffering in their relationships and want to resolve their trauma and find new ways to cope. Through therapy, I help my clients achieve authenticity, wholeness and a renewed sense of connection, self-worth, and zest for life. My clients are encouraged to create and participate in the relationships they desire.
