I specialize in supporting clients with managing their relationships to themselves and others. With individuals, I have training in Formative Psychology to support you with managing anxiety, unresolved childhood trauma, making sense of your who you are, or moving forward after a big life or relationship transition that feels disruptive or destabilizing. With couples, I have training in EFCT and PACT and can support you both with managing healthy boundaries, effective communication, and deepening your capacity for emotional and physical intimacy.
