A Resting Place Counseling was created to provide others with a safe place to let their guard down and be themselves. I hope that by reclaiming your time and mind, you will continue to show up for yourself. In therapy, my role is not to tell you what to do but to establish a therapeutic partnership with you and develop a unique plan that enables you to achieve your goals and be your best self. I desire that while you and I work together, you will feel seen, heard, and valued. My areas of expertise include grief and loss, trauma, life transitions, as well as Christian counseling. My therapeutic approach is an integrative, client-centered approach incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Creative and Trauma-Focused Therapy.
