Sometimes life can be overwhelming and it can be difficult to know how to make things "feel better." I work with teenagers and adults to help them build coping skills, better manage emotions, and improve relationships. Each client is different and therefore there is no "one size fits all" approach. I will meet you where you feel comfortable and work with you to achieve your goals at your pace. It can be hard to imagine that things will improve when we're going through hard times, but I believe progress is possible for all my clients.
