Maybe you've been diagnosed with OCD, anxiety or depression, but you feel there is more to your story; perhaps you have the inkling that your symptoms stem from deeper wounds. My clients often seek me out when they're feeling impatient with the pace of weekly talk therapy. I primarily offer longer, intensive therapy sessions to initiate relief in my clients more quickly. I utilize somatic techniques to support folks in healing from the root of their traumas instead of just treating symptoms. Much of the work I do is helping my clients build a sense of safety and trust within themselves so they can heal and move on with their lives.
