I am located near Cambridge High School and Milton Safety Complex off of Hwy 9 North on Cambridge High School Rd. Picture of map/directions are in the photo gallery. I view psychotherapy as a collaborative and relational process to cultivate self-discovery, healing, and growth in a confidential and supportive environment. We will work together on building a treatment plan that will address your needs. My therapeutic style is direct yet compassionate and nonjudgmental to help create a safe space where change can occur. I work with adolescents, adults, and families. Offering mainly telehealth sessions and some in-person sessions. My therapeutic techniques draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Attachment Theory, Interpersonal/Relational Therapy, Somatic/body-based techniques and other clinical frameworks.
