Together, we will explore how things have impacted your life and build a new path for you. We can discover who you are without fear. What consists of counseling? This answer is different for everyone. I am flexible and counseling is what you want/need it to be. Counseling is more than just talking about your emotions. We might talk about your sleep/exercise/dietary/daily habits. We can explore how your body responds to stress. We learn how negative emotions are stored in the body.
