Often clients begin their therapy journey reporting feeling stuck in patterns that cause them distress (ie romantic relationships, job stagnation, family dynamics, parent/child interactions, mood instability, etc). Whether these patterns are a result of known trauma(s), relational wounds, or something else, we can gain clarity about these patterns. We will get to know the parts of you that are seeking change while also getting to know the parts of you who have been working in the same way, often for many years. While I have extensive training in CBT, DBT and other therapy modalities, I solidly use IFS in session with clients.
