I have a passion for helping individuals navigate through past and current challenges, anxiety, depression, relapse prevention, and anger management. I will use the Cognitive Behavioral Approach in order to assist with combating those negative thoughts by helping you learn to reshape your thought patterns and be able to manage your emotions.
