I work with children, adolescents, and adults to address common challenges relating to depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, and family conflict. I approach treatment collaboratively and will work with you to develop a plan to help you and/or your child meet your goals. My approach is integrative, and draws on effective evidence-based treatments - including insight oriented approaches (psychodynamic), skill building approaches (cognitive-behavioral), and other collaborative and developmental interventions. Calm attention, compassion, energy, and creativity are important components of my approach; I recognize that therapy is a considerable commitment, and I am dedicated to creating a safe, supportive environment for our work.
