Through my compassionate support and skills, I can accompany you into the journey of becoming a healthier and happier person. My goal is to provide high quality, individualized and evidence based treatment to each client. My expertise is in treating individuals that are dealing with stress, life transitions (college, postpartum, career change etc.) , depression, anxiety, alcoholism/addiction, relationship/marital struggles, and parenting.
