I believe every person carries the strength and resilience needed to heal from trauma and heartache. Life’s complexities can make that strength hard to access, but healing is possible when we feel supported and seen. My passion and purpose are to help you build the tools, resources, and connections that foster recovery and lasting well-being. I use evidence-based approaches to help clients navigate trauma (past and present), addictions, emotional distress, sexual health concerns, relationship challenges, and grief. My clinical work is grounded in trauma-informed care as supported by the National Institute for Trauma-Informed Care.
