Reaching out for help is one of the hardest but most important steps you can take! I believe that everyone has a deep desire to succeed, to feel better, and to live a more fulfilling life. My goal is to help you get there. I am licensed as an LADC, a school counselor, and as a CPC-Intern. This blend of learning and experience is useful in treating the big picture and accelerating the path to healing. I am trained in Internal Family Systems through the IFS Institute, in EMDR through an EMDRIA approved program, and Gottman level 2.
