Practicing mental health wellness with clients since 2023, I have worked with individuals of all ages—men, women, and children as young as three. With extensive experience supporting young children and specialized certification in PLAY therapy, I bring the expertise needed to help address behavioral challenges and navigate differences within your household. EMDR is one of my favorite modalities for treating past traumas that show up in life today. My therapy dog has been practicing with me from day one. She loves helping clients feel at ease, but her involvement is completely optional.
