Courtney earned her Master of Social Work from Aurora University and her Bachelor of Social Work from Illinois State University. Before joining Alliance Counseling and Coaching, Courtney worked in inpatient hospital settings, where she gained valuable experience supporting clients with both therapeutic needs and medication-related care. She is dedicated to providing a safe, inclusive, and affirming space for people of all genders, cultures, and identities.
