My passion for therapy grew from my own twenty-year healing journey—one rooted in relational and depth-oriented psychotherapy, as well as Somatic Experiencing. Along the way, my therapists became teachers, mentors, spirit guides, and compassionate companions. It’s my hope that our work together offers you a similar sense of guidance and discovery.
