Welcome! If you are feeling shame, guilt, or anxiety stemming from the past, therapy could be a helpful way to work through those feelings safely. I am a trauma-informed therapist specializing in helping people heal from their attachment wounds, decrease emotional conflict in relationships, and identify unhelpful patterns that could be a result of the past. I meet clients where they are at, while collaboratively helping them to meet their goals. My approach is warm, compassionate, and direct as I help clients gain insight into how to become the best versions of themselves and heal their inner child. I look forward to connecting!
