No matter what struggles one's past might hold, I believe all people have the power to improve their lives once they gain insight and skills through therapy. While I have worked successfully with clients experiencing a variety of concerns, I specialize in helping people who are interested in overcoming symptoms related to trauma and anxiety. In addition to my advanced training and individual work with this population, I have also developed and facilitated therapeutic groups for adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse and women who have experienced trauma of any kind.
