I work with driven, high-functioning adults who look composed on the outside but feel restless, disconnected, or emotionally numb inside. Many of my clients carry a lot of responsibility, hold themselves to high internal standards, or feel most valued for what they provide rather than who they are. If you’ve built a life around competence but still feel unseen, anxious, or strangely empty, therapy here focuses on slowing down, telling the truth, and understanding the deeper patterns that keep you managing instead of feeling. Many of my clients are highly capable and insightful, yet feel stuck in cycles of over-functioning, perfectionism, or emotional disconnection. I work with anxiety, trauma, and attachment patterns rooted in the belief that worth is earned through usefulness or achievement.
