Hi there. My name is Courtney and I recognize it takes a lot of courage to seek out a therapist and finding the right fit can be hard. I work with individuals and relationships. I often work best with people who have over compensated for others and tend to be people pleasers. My specialty is attachment based work that helps folks move through childhood trauma as well as things that have happened to them as an adult.
