Welcome! I am Accepting New Clients! I specialize in working with children 6+, teenagers, and adults who are experiencing challenges adjusting to school/college, anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, relationship problems, ADHD, grief and loss, anger, self-harming, work problems, and transitioning to adulthood. I am LGBTQIA+ allied and a gender affirming care therapist. I believe in walking with my clients through their difficult moments, building coping skills, and promoting a healthy mental health lifestyle. I have completed professional trainings in CBT and DBT, and I utilize these techniques along with supportive talk therapy when working. am easy to talk to and provide a comfortable, nonjudgemental space for you to be heard. I have previously worked as a medical social worker, corrections as a transitional counselor, and community mental health.
