This just might be the place for you if you frequently feel overwhelmed and anxious trying to manage the demands of life; if you internalize your emotions because you don't want to "burden" others; if you frequently feel like you are "too much", "not enough", or both; if you notice that the past still shows up in your thoughts, reactions, and relationships in spite of your best efforts to leave it behind; if you experience shame and frustration when motivation feels out of reach; if you are hard on yourself but easier on everyone else; and if you want things to get better but don't quite know where or how to start. While I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and and ADHD, my approach is collaborative and tailored to the goals of each client. My approach draws on a variety of techniques to address the whole person - taking time to explore one's history, thinking patterns, behaviors, core beliefs, health, and coping skills.
