Most of my life, I have been fascinated by what it means to be human, why we do the things we do and feel the way we feel, and, finally, how can we change it, when we want to do and feel better. I’ve learned that of our experience in life has a lot to do with what we believe about ourselves and the world, much of which is distorted and unrealistic. I have changed many of my own beliefs and learned to manage my own negative thinking, and I would love to help you do the same.
