My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you can share your experiences, gain insight, and develop the tools to navigate life’s difficulties with greater confidence and balance. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families through a wide range of challenges. My background includes working with trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and mood disorders.
