I have extensive experience in supporting individuals, couples, and families navigating trauma, infidelity, relational issues, substance abuse/recovery, recovering from their loved one's addiction, and other mental health issues, equipping them with tools to manage daily challenges and foster resiliency for life’s ups and downs. I help clients increase self-awareness, improve emotional processing and regulation, and strengthen their relationships. I draw on major evidence-based modalities such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and EMDR.
