I'm passionate about helping others navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and self-compassion. My practice focuses on helping children, adolescents, and adults manage anxiety, adjust to life transitions, cope with behavioral and emotional challenges, process trauma, build a healthier self-image, and improve relationship dynamics. I tailor my approach to meet each client where they are. In my work, I incorporate a mixture of therapeutic techniques and modalities such as Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and traditional talk based therapy to help clients build insight, develop practical tools, and create meaningful change.
