My mission is to support clients of all ages through collaboration, self-reflection and skill building. I assist adults, teens, and children with social, mood and academic/career concerns. I help people manage stress, life transitions and explore problematic relationships. Therapy is a powerful and important tool for positive change, and I provide a safe space for that process. I work equally well with all genders and enjoy working with diverse populations.
