Welcome! I'm Courtney, and I am currently accepting new clients for individual therapy, whether it be short-term, goal focused work or longer term processing. Life can be overwhelming, and through it's challenges, we often feel a need for support. As a therapist, my role is to join with you, challenge you when needed, and create a safe space for you to explore and process. I specialize in relationship issues, resolving trauma, managing the impact of anxiety, and embracing the changes that life inevitably presents us all.
