As a Licensed Social Worker, I support children, teens, and adults who are working through trauma, grief, depression, and major life changes. My approach is compassionate and person-centered—I’ll meet you where you are, without judgment, and create a safe space to be heard and understood. Together, we’ll work towards healing, self-discovery, and building the tools you need to feel more grounded and empowered in your daily life.
