I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy and take a systemic approach to therapy. I view therapy as a way to help clients in a way that makes sense for them. Life is full of transitions that challenge us in unique ways. I think people come to therapy with a purpose, to make changes in their life. I help people not only understand themselves better, but their relationships. My goal is to help you feel empowered to live the life you have always imagined for yourself. At Boca Raton Psychiatry I work with some amazing psychiatrists and accept Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare and Humana. My areas of special interest are relational issues, life transitions, stress, and anxiety. I am an advocate of self-care for my clients and myself. In my free time, I am usually with my English Bulldog or baking some delicious treats.
