Hello! I am Courtney Henson, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LSCW) licensed in NJ. I am so happy you are choosing therapy as a way to improve your life. I received my Masters degree from The University of Pennsylvania and have been working as an individual therapist for 10 years. I use a variety of treatment modalities and techniques including CBT and ACT. I love gardening, going to the Jersey shore, watching and rewatching The Office, cuddling my 2 cats and reading at every spare moment of my day. The first therapy session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other to see if there is a good therapeutic fit. In other words, you can ask any questions you have about the therapy process and what to expect.
