I practice client-centered therapy and integrate different therapy modalities within my work with clients, dependent on needs and goals. My therapy style is collaborative, trauma informed, and culturally responsive and my role as a therapist is to partner with you to help you meet your goals. I understand the unique challenges that BIPOC individuals face and recognize the impacts of individual, generational, and racial trauma on one’s overall health. Breaking generational cycles, boundary setting, emotion regulation, navigating grief, and managing anxiety amidst unknowns are just some of the issues I support my clients with.
