As a therapist I try to provide a safe place for my clients to attend where they can feel supported and comfortable. I believe in the importance of openness, honesty, and sincerity, as I feel that it helps to build a strong therapeutic relationship. I use a collaborative approach that incorporates the strengths, skills, and interests of my clients into their treatment. I believe by being flexible and integrating multiple therapeutic modalities, I can best support my clients. My ultimate goal is that my clients will leave therapy feeling a new sense of empowerment in their ability to cope with all of life’s challenges.
