I’m a private practice trauma and grief counselor who specializes in EMDR, Narcissistic abuse, religious trauma and deconstruction, and complex PTSD; or general everyday stressors. I use many different modalities to help you heal, reconnect, and grow. I also work with anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, family, couple and life transitions. I’m kind and compassionate, but I’ll also challenge you to do the work needed for change. I meet you where you’re at—no problem is too big or too small.
