Feeling overwhelmed despite appearing "fine"? I help adults move past anxiety, trauma and unhealthy coping patterns. Many of my clients are high-functioning professionals, veterans, caregivers or helpers who appear "fine" on the outside while feeling overwhelmed or stuck internally. I offer virtual therapy only, allowing for flexibility, privacy and accessibility while maintaining depth and clinical integrity. I work exclusively with individuals 18+ seeking individual therapy; I do not provide couples, family or child/adolescent therapy.
