I’m genuinely stoked about what I do. Being a therapist means bearing witness to the parts of our stories that don’t come with a happy ending. I’m drawn to therapy when things feel in flux; when there are more questions than answers, and showing up feels hard but worthwhile. If you’re feeling stuck, confused, or weighed down by the moment we’re living in, therapy can be a place to make meaning and find a way forward that feels honest and human.
