Therapy doesn’t have to feel overly clinical. I bring a down-to-earth, conversational style where you can just be yourself. I work with adolescents, adults, and neurodivergent individuals, as well as those navigating anxiety, depression, stress, & big life changes. With over 10 years in mental health and 5+ years as a therapist, I know how important it is to feel truly supported while also learning tools you can actually use in everyday life.
