It can be hard to ask for help sometimes and I am here when you are ready. Over the past eight years, I have worked collaboratively with those who are dealing with mental health and/or substance use concerns. Most recently, my work has been focused around people in recovery, those working through life transitions (including divorce and parenthood), women's issues, and those involved with the criminal justice system. I partner with several community resources to help provide services to those who are typically underserved. I am an ally to the LGBTIQ+ community. I have experience in the treatment of anxiety, mood disorders including depressive and bipolar disorders, serious and persistent mental illness, trauma, adjustment issues, crisis intervention, and substance use, among others.
