Feeling overwhelmed, stuck in relationship patterns, or unsure how to move forward in this season of life? I work with young adults (18–35) navigating anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in understanding how past experiences shape what you’re facing now. Together, we’ll explore patterns that no longer serve you, build emotional awareness, and develop practical tools so you can feel more grounded, confident, and connected. Therapy with me is a supportive space where you don’t have to have it all figured out, just a willingness to show up. I specialize in working with young adults experiencing anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. I also support clients exploring childhood experiences, attachment patterns, self-esteem, and emotional regulation. My goal is to help you break cycles, gain clarity, and feel more secure in yourself and your relationships.
