I specialize in supporting teens and adults working to heal from eating disorders, body image concerns, OCD, or perfectionism. I especially enjoy helping athletes, dancers, and other high achievers reduce anxiety, build resilience, and restore a healthy relationship with food, their bodies, and performance. I believe that all humans deserve to feel connected to their values and their community, and I strive to help my clients overcome patterns of behavior that keep them feeling stuck or disconnected. I also love working with parents looking for support as they help their children navigate mental health challenges.
